Arzo Hotel Makati

Everything was bad starting from the check-in area. So dirty and strong smell of cat's pee, difficult to breathe. Rooms are dirty with lots of cockroaches everywhere: floor, walls, bathroom. Towels dirty with holes. Rooms don't have kettles, but in the pictures they have. Receptionist says it WAS JUST LAST YEAR'S PICTURES. No sounds proof; hear all noises from the streets and other customers. The old type of window noisy AC doesn't have temperature adjustment. Also, they are forcing you to pay the deposit, no idea why, cause everything there is so bad and you really can't make it much worse. Extremely disrespectful, lowest service, dirty everywhere, typical greedy Filipino style, get money and don't provide service. They know the reality that pictures are fake, the place is so dirty and the service is too poor, that's why they are forcing us to pay online ahead. When you see how horrible everything is there, you can't get your money back and leave, cause it isn't refundable. An additional Filipino scam and disrespect to the customers! Highly not recommended to stay there!

The aircondition. Beside the door it has close smooky glass window, close it or put something to cover cause the bright light outside goes through the glass inside the room. Darker room is more comfortable, mosquitos as well are freely flying inside the room and biten me during my stay.towels are old and pillow case are dirty.

I like some of the staff but others you might hesitant to approach.

I regret every single day to stay on this Hotel. Everything from the room, amenities and the staffs they are not good. I highly not recommend this hotel 0/10. Just 1 pillow stained it's 500php. Wtf. And if you request a pillow everything has a charge!!!!!!

Location Infested with little cockroaches

_ Very Good Wi-Fi There were many small cockroaches all over the room and bathroom, some of them walking on our tools and clothes. The air conditioning was very noisy and made so loud that we could not sleep.

Location is good.. Linens and towels are not clean. Also the bed is not clean. Bathroom has no soap dish,no slippers available to use..lacking utensils maybe just spoon.

Cockroach infested. Cockroaches crawling on benches, walls and sinks. Bathroom clearly not cleaned with stains, dirt and build up evident on walls. Didn’t shower at the risk of catching an infection from how unhygienic the floor was. Noted what looked like a drool patch on the pillow case when going to lie down. Towels were off white-yellowish brown. Photo attached of colour of towel compared to pillowcase.Thankfully only stayed 1 night but was then penalised for a damaged bidet hose that was not even used, but was told by the receptionist Micah that because we didn’t report it when it happened in the middle of the night (we checked out at 3am) we would have to pay for it, or it would come out of her pay. If you would like to waste your money, this is the place to stay- as they have a list for ‘additional services and penalties’ They also require PHP1500 a deposit per room
