You have to take an elevator to get drinking water. TV is statically annoying. Not suitable for entertainment in the room. Broken audio.

The Location, near to everything. Water pressure and no heater.

The place is clean and maintained I had a wonderful stay

A bad smell in the hallway

I was unhappy with the CR because the presence of a small cockroach raised concerns about the safety of the food.

When you are assigned in upper floors, the water supply is very weak, and when I complained, I was just told because I was assigned in the upper floor without solution, it is also not decently clean and the water supply was not only weak but it was cold

The room was nice size with a small table to work on. The single air-conditioner worked great for being in the bedroom and also cooling the rest of the apt. The staff was professional, polite and helpful. The cost was reasonable if you value apt size and adequate air-conditioning but not location. The neighborhood was actually nice though and there were 2 big grocery stores near by. A 20/30 min walk into Makati, not too bad of a walk but you did have to across a busy highway and then go up a few blocks on a main road. Cotton sheets vs Polyester sheet would have been more comfortable.

It was clean and easily accessible. It didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave and the toilet seat and cover was missing.

Finishes seemed fresh; not old feeling. Staff were friendly. Decent location. We had bugs (small cockroaches ?) on an ongoing basis. They said they would spray after the first day; I don't know if they did or not, but we had the same type of bugs the next couple days also until we left... they said it was probably because of the rain and they were coming up through the drains, but we stayed in another place and we did not have that. They said they only did the room refresh every three days, but we really only got one towel changed in the four days we stayed. I told them about the broken toilet seat, and instead of replacing it, they simply removed it and I had no seat for the last two days. AC unit was blowing directly on the bed, so we went from hot to cold to hot to cold to hot to cold all night. My girlfriend probably got her sickness from that.

Small, good size of room/unit. Feels like incomplete on the amenities.

The staff were mostly friendly The rooms were fitted with small windows ac. Very hot and uncomfortable.

Great staff, very gentle, young and always ready to help. The room was big and clean, with a a big bed and a wardrobe. The part with the "kitchen" was nice, with a couch, a little table with 2 chairs and a television. The position is good, there's a 7eleven near and walking for 3 minutes you can find a laundry, but even a bakery and walking just 5 minutes there's a Cash and Carry (it's a little mall). As suggestion I say they could put a mini-fridge in the room, because Manila is so hot that you always need to drink cold stuff. And it would be nice to put something like a night table near the bed and a light!
