Decent enough location to the airport and Mall of Asia, with a Robinson mall a 15 minute stroll away too. The door guys and concierge were always helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. The front desk staff were of limited help and spend lots of time ignoring or not helping you. The surrounding area isn’t the greatest, lots of empty derelict buildings. We didn’t use the pool as it was murky- the picture of it is very well taken! We were glad to have breakfast elsewhere. The rooms were dark.

Property was ok Have tried contacting the hotel multiple times to get my deposit back but nothing has happened. Very disappointed, will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Always found some bugs in the room. Especially bathroom. Area near the hotel is long time under reconstruction, everywhere strong smell of pee and shirt sometimes can see on the side of the road :( not for family or romantic couple stay:)))

Old, but well maintained hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Restaurant had nice meals and friendly waitress. Concierge, Darryl, was very helpful and committed to customer relations. Porters at the door were very informative. Room had a window, but no view. I had requested a view and a late check-out. Neither was considered. Front desk staff were only focused on more revenue.

They put a credit hold to my account when i checked in. I was told they would release the credit hold after a week. After 1 month, i never got credit back. When I reached out to them about the charge, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and that i would have to escalate the charges to my bank.

Staff are always friendly. Not all staff can understand english. There was no hot water, the water is warm at best. I was informed at check in that the tv doesn't have satellite and wasn't given an opportunity to cancel the booking. My view from my room was overlooking an old shaft. If my neighbour opened their curtains, we would have seen each other as it was less than 10 metres away.

Spacious room with quiet A/C. Friendly staff. Location not too far from restaurants and pubs. Rates are pretty low for the district. The place has seen better years - a bit worn down. Very dark around the hotel at night. Biggest problem is the traffic: Those Jeepneys and motorbikes with their screaming exhaust pipes are echoing through the narrow street at way over 100dB, making sleep impossible before 11pm to midnight. Those noise terrorists are a pest across the Philippines nowadays, but especially a problem for this hotel (location).
