I stay in hotel to get rest before my medical but it worsen my body condition the nxtday coz I don't have sleep, some visitors are loud, shouting running, banging doors, I can even hear singing karaoke,

Mostly clean, good omelet We were on the 4th floor, constant street noise, constant. Our sleep quality was terrible. The building is old and dark. Some of the staff are great, some not so much. The surrounding neighborhood is terrible, beggers 20 feet from the entrance. Most of the beggars are harmless, however I did have a couple of encounters where they invaded my space. (I did have to get physical with them, I should not have to resort to that but there was no choice). There are armed guards at the entrance, however there is NO police presence on the street. There's cars and motorcycles parked on the sidewalk around the building making walking safely impossible. I won't return to this establishment. I don't like to give poor reviews, however I must be honest.

It was raining and the rain drops on the air conditioner was sooo noisy. They should have made provisions that the remain drops will not fall directly on the aircon outside the window.

Very near the St Luke Medical Center and Robinson’s Mall. Very dated. Routine services such as business center not available but you could request the front desk to print at a premium price. Ordered butter chicken for dinner and received fried chicken with butter poured over it.

close to Robinson manila. staff pleasant and courteous. rooms clean and tidy. breakfast ( included) needs a little more imagination. breakfast staff a little bit slow in doing their job. refilling of foods takes to long and refill of coffee urn didn’t happen.

The place is kinda old. I can get other hotels with more ammenities for lower price.

Wi-Fi was good. There were multiple pillows. There was a single serving coffee maker. Breakfast was good with fresh cooked eggs and omelets to order. AC was noisy. Could not get bedlamps to turn off - they only went to dim (maybe I was missing something). Did not find any facial tissues in room.

Good location in the heart of Ermita. there is the Sikat bus/ferry desk inside the hotel, connection to Puerto Galera, Mindoro return ticket for 2900php. March 2023 Breakfast

Run down dirty rooms over priced luke warm shower water, the place is a dive in disrepair in need of total renovation.... will never stay there again..
