Location We extended one more day making it a 3 nights stay, and not allowed to check out a little late, they will charge 500 if will not check out on time

Location wise I dont like the bed its very cheap,the water is very less coming out from the faucet,the room smell bad,the towel is very cheap and not good to use.

The location is good. Little cockroaches in room. The water in toilet overflows , doesnt go directly in the drain.

Staff friendly. The area is pretty cool. One of the better areas of Makati as far as cleanliness and a sense people around there are doing ok, not so impoverished. No trash can. No fridge and no window in room. Haad room on 4th flight of stairs. So if you have heavy luggage, consider.

Its very near on many spotted landmarks. Close to everything. I hope next time the TV will be fixed and as well as the heater in the bathroom because i really did pay for it.

But Need more clean the room a lot of insect and aunts, thier blanket not good for air-conditioned, thier towels need change its very old

No food available. Laundry of bedding is poor. Had to try 5 sets before an unstained set was found.
