The room needed airconditioning. It was the cool season but a fan was not sufficient.

The service as well as the ambiance.. Air-conditioning is quite old, need regular pest control - rats and ?is visible.

The room especially the floor was so dusty including the curtain. We put our used clothing and towel to step on the floor because the white bed sheet became dirty when ever we lay down on it ...somewhat disgusting My comment above should be put below thank you

I do like your stuff specially The woman in the frontdesk the small and a little bit thin and young woman i forgot to ask her name but she is helpfull and professional to handle the all other’s customer and June which is so helpfull also and thoughtfull. Your two stuffs that i really appreciate there skills when they work at your place.. I just dont like with the rat’s around but you guy’s fix it, so its okay for me after that.

The hotel have good location but they gave me a room that was very noisy and uncomfortable. Noise and staff are uncooperative.
