The café on the ground floor was very good, and the front desk and concierge staff were extremely helpful. We had a disappointing experience at Sheraton Manila Bay. First, the airport shuttle was advertised as an amenity but was actually an extra charge, which was only mentioned on a separate page during booking—very misleading. Despite the high cost of their transfer service (approx 3x a regular taxi), the hotel didn’t book for us the fastest route (Skyway), sending us through heavy traffic instead. Beyond that, the hotel felt outdated, the rooms were small, and the rooftop bar—one of the reasons we booked—was closed without prior notice. Given the high price, the overall experience did not match the cost, making it poor value for money. Definitely not what we expected from a Sheraton.

Clean and nice. Bed was good Air con too cold, even if try to adjust. Room was freezing cold.
