The room is big. We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid. But the room can accommodate until 7 visitors. The service is slow. Maybe because the hotel is fully-booked. All the staff are courteous but can't give you the requests like electric kettle, floor rag, or towels in the room.

I think the bathmat should be provided that the guests will not need to request.

The staff The room was very small for a suite with a worn-out bed, tiny television. Abundant roaches and the noise was unbelievable. The bed was comfortable Not clean! There were small cockroaches all over the room. The room didn’t come with any tableware, I had to ask the staff for a mug/cup.

Good value for the money and the rooms we been placed to are equipped with things we need. Another thing is the accessibility to the mall and transportation. We can hear next door conversation, we were at Room 504, 404, 403 and 410. The rooms facing the street, the glass wall was built with a gap qgainst the cemented post so the noise travels to next door. But other than that, the staff and service were top notch.
