Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin - Manor by IHG

The breakfast was ok. The eggs were nasty. The potatoes were mushy. The pool had hair in it. The floors in my room were dirty. I walked around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet ended up very dirty. The cleaners didn't bother to come in daily to empty trash or replace towels. I had to go to desk more than once to get trash bags. There was a lot of noise from the room above me till way past 11pm. An employee parked their car up under the drive thru Sat and Sun evening shift.

Sharma was excellent so kind and caring! She was so caring for our son colt who did not win his jujitsu match! We loved her compassion! Nothing everything was great!

I already packed all my toiletries but the hotel had a great selection for the visitors. View was absolutely amazing, you can go fishing just outside and there's a beautiful path to walk.

AC was not working in the lobby.

Staff was professional and polite. The room was clean and bed was comfortable and air conditioner was nice and cool.Very nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Coffee was good.

Jasmine checked us in, and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Her warm personality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the potatoes and cinnamon rolls! The breakfast staff did an outstanding job keeping the area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the morning. The hotel appears to be fairly new and is very well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

Better breakfast. I was there for 2 days and room was never cleaned. I did report it to the front desk on check out. I wasn't in the room so there was no reason for them to not clean the room.
