The hotel itself was well maintained and definitely a convenient location for where we were. The room was clean and comfortable. My only “issue” was the lack of snacks available for purchase in the lobby area. Granted, there were plenty of local stores we could’ve gone to, but it’s also super convenient when you have snacks and drinks readily available in the hotel lobby. Just wasn’t a lot of variety.

Elevator was broken, laundry facilities were broken, breakfast was not good. Checked out early due do all of this.

Would not stay again, unless it was the only option. Very disappointed with my stay.

Elevator was out or order. Had to haul bags up the stairs. Got in the room and the bed wasn’t made. Had to go back to front desk and get another room. Second room was clean and hotel was quiet the night we stayed there. IDK, do any hotel properties have actual management teams anymore? Doesn’t seem like it

Remove dirt and hair from sheets and pillows. Remove orange slime from shower. Fix leaking fridge. Fix elevator. Find source of fumes smell. Offer refund under these circumstances.

The elevators were down and our most excellent room was on the 3rd floor. Other than the stairs to walk up and down, everything was terrific! The stairway needed mopped, as there was dried slipped coffee there.. most other spaces were very clean. Staff was kind and pleasant. Close to all

Elevator was out of service. The laundry was not working. We had to lug our suitcase up the stairs. And had planned to do some wash because we never expected to have to carry enough clothes to last the whole trip. We checked out early to cut our trip short. Very disappointing

Very friendly staff but the hotel was the dirtiest I have been in, and given the price category and the pictures one would not expect this. Everything was dirty, the doors, shower, bathroom floor and door, main area and breakfast area, carpets, elevator did not work, a big pallet of stuff was stored in front of the sofas in the main area (not a big deal but it adds to the overall “looks”). The bedding seemed clean.

The room was borderline gross. The shower had mildew in the corners, poop marks in the toilet, and hair on the floor. There was also hair on the sheets and cob webs in the corners of the room. The stairwell carpeted area was beyond gross. The breakfast was great and location was ideal for using ride shares to the reformatory. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Elevator was not working and There is an indoor pool but looks like it’s been closed for years. But overall great experience.

Room was clean but rest of hotel needs help. Elevator was out of order, waffle maker was out of order.

The negatives it just wasn’t comfortable. The beds are REALLY firm and huge high, so much so that you can’t comfortably sit on them. There were two chairs in the room, but the one comfortable chair with ottoman is trapped back in the corner behind the giant bed, so if someone is sitting at the desk (at the foot of bed2), there’s no access to the chair without hopping up to crawling over somebody else’s bed. Also, the desk chair is not on wheels, so it’s not easily movable. It was an ok room. It would be better for solo guests. If we had stayed longer I may have tried to rearrange furniture to make it work better. The breakfast was also just ok. Quality was fine, I missed having some kind of fresh fruit (apples or oranges).

Elevator out of service. One of our people fell down their stairs. They offered a Kleenex.

Breakfast was very limited. Coffee and hit water was never hot. Took to my room and heated it up.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The grounds could use a little TLC. The only negative was the toilet paper. It was the texture and thickness of the tissue paper used inside gift boxes. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean & staff friendly. Breakfast had minimal to offer compared to other other hotels with continental included. Bummer for my kids that the pool was closed. Didn't book super far in advance so I'm sure it was closed at the time of booking. Very disappointing that isn't listed somehow to avoid sad children.
