Older property but priced accordingly. Staff was friendly, rooms were dated, but it had the essentials for a quick nights stay. Would stay again if rolling through town.

Older property, but very well maintained. Staff is great and attentive (they actually responded to my special request right after I made it on Expedia!!)... Breakfast was basic, but all in all a very nice stay

My number one is cleanliness!! It’s a little older motel, but the bedding was super clean, the carpet throughout was very clean! The only thing they may have benefited us would have been to make a few breakfast items available BEFORE 7:30.

Our room was so disgusting!! It smelts like dirty water. There were dead bugs everywhere, including in the bath tub! We found an old towel that was dried and crusty in one of the drawers! We found trash everywhere inside the room! The mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years! There was a hornet net right outside the door to our room!

GROSS! Found someone else’s used underwear in our room when we arrived! It was fine for what we needed otherwise

A solid place to stay if you’re on a budget. Clean room and bathroom. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are clean, and inviting. Flowers bloom in baskets and along the edge of the building. It is so convenient for those planning to do temple work in Manti...so close and convenient. We will certainly stay there next time we are in Manti.

The room was clean, but the toilet had to fill up a small amount every fifteen minutes. It was well cared for. We out an air freshner in our room. They need to invest in new towels and wash cloths as theirs would pass for my rags.

I liked the proximity to the temple. It was also close to food and shopping areas, as well as easy to find. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.Front desk staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast consisted of cereal, muffins and juice. Cups aren’t provided for a drink, or taking medication. Lots of parking was available. The motel is in need of a lot of maintenance. There is peeling paint on the ceiling, grout and tile in need of repair in the bathroom, the carpet is stained, and frayed.

Clean and dated room with many of the comforts you would expect from a standard room (desk, chairs, coffee machine and supplies, tv with cable programming, bathroom and separated sink and counter, and a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was cold or hot cereal, packaged small muffins or white powdered donuts, and juice or milk. Parking was difficult and not enough for all units, however, we did find parking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Restaurant (Charlie’s) was good. Offered a 10% discount for guests. Water pressure in shower was poor and pillows had to be folded to even feel like a pillow. Breakfast was grab & go packaged food with some fresh fruit.
