Ours stay at URI Pousada was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The facilities are fantastic – the pool is a true oasis, especially after a day at the beach. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything about the pousada is thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful plants and decorations to the spotless cleanliness. The attention to detail is incredible, and it truly makes the place feel special. The staff deserves a special mention – they are super friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. And let’s talk about the breakfast– it was absolutely delicious! There were so many options to choose from, but what stood out were the fresh, made-to-order items like cuscuz, tapioca, and omelets.It was such a treat to start the day with such tasty and freshly prepared food. I liked the how I was treated by the receptionists the women there were very nice and professional, the service was great the bad ratings was not their fault at all. I wanted to make that very clear. I didn't like the manager called *murillo* very unprofessional and didn't care about the needs of a client that spend over 4000 reais in the establishment. I traveled more than 20 hours to get there and I've been all over the world and this was the first and only place that didn't allow me to have a professional massuse give me a massage in the room I paid for on the day of arrival he said it wasn't allowed for the safety of the people staying at the hotel that's the dumbest shit I've ever heard anyone one that works in the hospitality business say. He's not a leader even less a manager that should be in that position managers are supposed to create solutions for the clients not problems. Now also the bread was stale for the breakfast every morning and the options were very little. Besides that the receptionist were great and the room was cleaned everyday. Because of murillo and only because of him I will never recommend this place nor will I ever return. When I told him that I would want my money back he didn't even care about me wanting to cancel my stay and all the money I spent on that place what a sorry excuse for customer service.

Comfortable bed and the breakfast was simply the best! They had a variety of things like homemade cakes, omelette and tapioca! So many options to choose from!
