Fantastic food, even for people with allergies. Drinks and beverages are well prepared and maintained. Excellent service. Perfect room and excellent care about details. All areas are very clean and there is a genuine care about the health, the safety and the entertainment. People always go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Lots of activities for all ages. Service of boat from the hotel is very good and encourage to take them vs the ones offered at the beach. Perfect stay.

the staff are excellent and Duty Manager René was outstanding. we seemed to be the only international (English speaking) guests. he went well out of his way as did Regan at the from desk to ensure we were able to communicate (In Spanish and beginners Português)with much of the rest of the staff who don’t speak English. the food and drink options are plentiful and quality is high. the grilled lobster, tuna steak and sushi at dinner, tapiocas, detox juice and pão de queijo at breakfast and fresh coconut water, beer, caipirinhas and Aperol spritz selection from the many beach and poolside bars were a pleasure. the noise fin the room from other guests and their young children

Room and facilities are great! This is the perfect place to relax, staff are very kind and ready to help, there’s a great organization. Everything was really clean. Few people were able to speak English, this affected our stay. We couldn’t always understand how to book activities, and general instruction during our boat trip. Maybe they could make all-you-need-to-know leaflets in other languages?

very clean, staff were incredibly well trained, always helpful without being invasive and artificially courteous. regarding location: the trip from Recife is a painful one, of course nothing the resort can do about public roads in Brazil

Perfect Staff, all we met were perfect! Bruna of the restaurant was divine and very helpfull. Except one guy who told me he was going to book my taxi to leave the hotel and didn´t do it but another employe helped me as well. The play personel were very good also. Wi-fi was slow, the best beaches were ~5km far and as all hotels in North East are bad music but ok. Also, they want to sell you all the other products all the time as buggy time, sighseeing...

Property was amazing! It was impossible to leave the resort! Kids played all day long while adults lounged at the pool eating shrimp and drinking! Very safe environment! Highly recommend for families!!

Everything was wonderful! Every detail was thought to be comfortable and bring pleasure to the guests. Moreover, your staff is just great! They are polite, kind, friendly and attentive! Congratulations to Natalia and Luana (nordestino restaurant), tio Bibi (Álvaro Galvao, recreation), Juciara (Náutica), Kedson, Bruna, Jurgen … and many others!!! Congratulations!!! 10 stars!!! You might have some more music diversity, having classical music and other possibilities around the property.

great place, pools, amazing staff and great quality on foods and beverages. Followed the health process to guarantee that everything was cleaned and sanitized as showed on my pictures The sports activities was very poor, with kayak only available on a dirty river and haven't an option for standup paddle or kayak available on their beautiful beach. This was very strange for a beach resort as Salinas. Due to the pandemic period that we're facing, the restaurant should have a stronger control internally for guests follow the rules, in peak hours the restaurant became crowded and guests walking on wrong way.
