Exceptional

Quiet area with ample parking. The room was wonderful and clean. AnnaMaria is so lovely and always ready to answer any questions. Beautiful views of the historic centre and famous Christ the Redeemer statue. Breakfast was in the breakfast room where you could make coffee/tea and packaged pastries, fresh fruit, milk/juice boxes, bottled water and cold cuts/cheese provided. Access to the kitchen was always available. I personally did not mind this much, but the drive to the property is a narrow winding road. If you’re used to driving in Italy, this won’t surprise you much.

AnnaMaria is friendly and easy to reach, the apartment clean and good for the price we paid. The location is a bit outside of the old town but easy to visit with a car. Free parking, breakfast and patio.

-Nice view (though not from the apartment itself) -New apartments -Rich breakfast -There is a pasture and a shed next to the building so it really stinks half of the time. -The whole area is needlessly covered in concrete

Nice and well-kept b&b. I have noticed some reviews wrote it was tricky to find, but Google Maps took us straight there. I had a Garmin GPS in the car, and that did not help much, but there are also sign to guide the way. There are several nice beaches up and down the coast and when we visited in October we had them pretty much to ourselves

Breakfast is only packaged sweets.

the owner is super sweet and accommodating. really felt like home. rooms are spacious, super clean, new, located in quite area with beautiful views of Maratea centro to wake up to. highly recommend it. nothing at all

Superb

It was uphill from Maratea. The host was very friendly, helpful and went out of het way to make the stay pleasant. She got me some extra oranges and soda so that I did not have to cycle up and down to the village. Situated nice against the mountain with a beautiful view in the evening with all the lights. And a great view on the Rio de Janeiro like statue of Jezus up on the hill. There are three appartements which are clean and have a good atmosphere. There is a special appartement for the breakfast which you can make yourself If you want to leave early like me. I had a very good sleep because of the nice airco and the quiet surroundings. all and all a very pleasant stay. If you want to be in the center of town, crowded and with a lot happening around you, this is not the place. But If you enjoy the quiet after a hectic day, this is the place to come to rest.

Anna Maria did everything to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. There's also a generous breakfast. Strongly recommended.

perfect bed. its a bit in hill but walking into hills is most healthy activity. very charming place maratea.
