Great and very comfortable for the family

Great price for 2 bedroom suite. Large rooms including screened in balcony with view. Several onsite restaurants made things very easy at mealtime.

We will be back to Marco Island in Sept., but won’t be staying there.

The unit decor and furnishings were very disappointing. I selected the Inn and had friends that stayed in another unit. Mine was not as updated and the furnishings were uncomfortable and I will not stay in this unit again. Travel friends' unit was lovely and updated. I was very unhappy with 214. Friends in 314 was nice! The staff was amazing and loved the property, otherwise. Live close, 40 miles and will stay here again and request specifically not to be placed in the unit 214.

It is nice that there are a couple of dining options on-site with live music. The pool was pretty nice and easy to access. It would be nice to have more in room amenities. For example extra dish tabs, towels, shower items and coffee. We enjoyed the restaurant at the Snook Inn, it was within walking distance and also good food and live music. The rooms were quiet and cool.

I booked this hotel for one night because the advertised price of $140 seemed reasonable. However, when I checked out, I was unexpectedly charged a $115 cleaning fee—almost the full cost of the room itself. This fee was not clearly disclosed when I made the reservation. Adding such a significant charge at checkout without proper notice is misleading and extremely unprofessional. Guests should be made fully aware of all mandatory fees before completing their booking.

Customer Service from OZ and the team at the Reception Desk were pleasant, smiling, and very customer service-oriented. The location of the property is perfect for HH, live music and good food, from breakfasts to dinners in walking distance. Room was much larger than anticipated and very comfortable. Would definitely book again!

I love love love the location. We just walked everywhere and so enjoyed the fabulous restaurants being so close.we even walked to our boat rental. Definitely felt the upgrade to deluxe oceanfront was worth it- more updated, nicer units with great breezes because it was on a higher floor. The bedroom on the walkway was illuminated at night from the light by the door and the stairwell. I understand by code this is necessary, but the blinds did nothing to darken the room. It was very bright in our room all night long so we didn’t get much sleep.

I like the room

Convenient location, great pool and pool area, family friendly, safe, clean! There is a $116 cleaning fee that was not included in the Expedia price. You have to read the fine print or you’ll miss it. They collect it upon checking in. One of the beds in the room we had (203) was defective. The springs in the mattress were broke so nobody could use it. We only stayed one night so it was manageable but if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.
