The location is very good while the room was comfortable. We can see the sunrise for the terrace. The reception was really kind, helpful and informative. Love to stay at this place. None

A very unique experience staying in a old historic building, I would definitely come again. Parking can be difficult

There was a mini-fridge, electric kettel and a cup and a glass in my room. So I was able to keep cold drinks and make tea whenever I wanted to. The aircon was also working really well (very important when outside temperatures are reaching up to 42° C). The hotel was quiet. The hotel is right in the center of the historic part of the town. The bus stop connecting the old city with the new city and also the bus terminal is just a few metres from the hotel. The shower was mouldy and that smell also entered the room. I had to open the window often to get some fresh air into the room, especially after showering or entering the bathroom. If you kept the door to the bathroom closed, it was acceptable. They offered me to change to another room (a double room), but that room didn't have any window and smelled of cigarette smoke, although they denied it. I tried that room, but after half an hour my eyes were irritated from the cigarette smell, so I changed back to my original single room. The staff barely spoke any English.

It's a beautiful place with an amazing view over the city and the castle. Very close to the main street. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a struggle to communicate in English, but with the help of the translation app we've managed

Hotel was not clear at all and didn't meet our expectation. The room without window:-(, smelled, and bathroom was dirty. The room was changed but I did not like it coz walls were dirty and dust was present. we paid for 2 nights but we left early morning and they did not give our money back. The price of hotel is too high for the commodity that they offer. Therefore I do not recommend to stay in this hotel.

The location is great! Walking distance to the main street of Mardin. Breakfast has a great view. The room is spacious enough and the hotel is nicely decorated. The wifi was very poor.
