Hotel is kind of hidden heaven. The staff and manager were very attentive especially Kubilay and Derya. And the rest of team Fırat and azad was so friendly. Highly recommended! There was no milk of bird in the breakfast :) :) :)

Amazing architecture. Very nicely modernized rooms. Terrace with the Mesopotamia view is wonderful. Breakfast is very tasteful with large selection. Location is very good for sightseeing in old Mardin. Access is not easy due to the narrow roads and stairs in the old city but staff is very helpful.

Good

The architecture of the hotel, the old stones, the exclusivity of the view from the terrace on the plain. The service - the right proportion between helpfulness and discretion . The breakfast absolutely great Accessibility quite impossible for low mobility persons

Location is great, right in the centre but also away from the crowds. There are lost of steps to climb to arrive to the hotel but it is not too bad. We loved the hotel, our room and the decoration was amazing! Very stylish! The view from the terrace was breath taking! the staff was helpful but can be improved. We joined a tour so we had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast time. We communicated this with the reception and were told that they will check and let us know but t should be fine. We had high expectations for breakfast after reading the online comments and wanted to have a good start to our day with a good breakfast! In the morning we were told we will be served breakfast but not the usual full breakfast as it is very early and the stuff is not there yet. We were happy that we get some breakfast but half way we asked for more bread and were told there is no more bread and the shops are not yet open which was quite disappointing as we informed the reception the day before. We had something very similar the next morning, we were told the breakfast won't be ready then we were served only the little bowls. The last morning we were finally served the full breakfast in the garden as per our request and we got to enjoy it. Overall it was a good experience but we expected a little more attention from the staff.

The hotel is in a traditional house specific to the area, impeccably restored. Extraordinarily pleasant and English speaking staf. Diverse and very delicious breakfast served impeccably. All this, from the transfer of the luggage from the taxi (with the help of the donkey) to the extraordinary position and the interior design of the hotel, made us have an extraordinarily pleasant stay in this special city of Turkey.

location and architecture our bedroom had no windows and the shower didn’t work very well - it was cold on the first night and the second night it fell on my foot!

historical hotel but very clean and all facilities . great experience to like in a stony room . breakfast was amazing . 25 steps and high land going up I feel for knee problem people not recommended

Very nice stay in a perfectly located hotel. Team is very nice and cordial, always intending to make the stay better. Breakfast is typical turkish breakfast, very generous. Ratio price / quality is good but I find the price a bit expensive for an hotel in Turkey, this is generally "cheaper". Not important topic, but shower is only protected by a curtain, glass window would be more comfortable.

Very good breakfast…fabulous location..large modern and comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The bath/shower water was not hot enough on the occasions we used it. The room was a bit over priced.
