Bathroom had smell. Small bathroom, some walls weren’t finished.

Nice rooms but some are dark with smaller windows. We asked for a room change & we got one with large windows & two beds. Good set bkfst on top of terrace. WiFi is good. Friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to old town shops. Bathroom had a bit of smell & the walls weren’t completely finished yet. Arriving by car is a challenge but do able. Unpaved, rocky road.

It was an amazing stay. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and resembled perfectly the old Mardin and the breakfast on the terrace was very satisfying. For sure I would book this place again if coming to Mardin in the future!

The staff are very nice and helpful, it felt like visiting relatives or friends. Also the terrace has a great view! The room was not perfectly clean and we had to ask for a new towel.

The location of the hotel and the view, the size of the room The smell from the bathroom permeated the entire room. Apparently standing water had been overlooked by the cleaning staff and remained there. In fact the shower leaked water and my husband had to spend a lot of time squeegee-ing the water in the bathroom. I didn’t even want to use the bathroom bc of the smell. Glad we only stayed one night. Also all the seating outside is under the hot son with no cover and breakfast took forever to be served in the morning.

The property was well maintained, clean and the staff provided excellent services. Breakfast was lovely, they would give so much that I was unable to finish it! I travelled solo (female) and felt safe and knew I was in good hands. Very satisfied with the staff, the services and the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel. They sorted out my taxi to and from the airport, offered me a tour service. The taxi driver/tour guide Tahir was very good. He took plentiful photos for me and took care of me. The only thing I can think of is that it stated free airport shuttle to and from the hotel but I had to pay for it. However this is minor in comparison to all of the positives.

Beautiful house near the old town of Madrin. The room was very confortable and the breakfast on the terrace was also very good. A huge thanks to the thoughtful staff for their help and availability during our stay!

We loved everything about this place, the rooms the bathrooms, the views, proximity to everything, the breakfast, and the staff are SUPER NICE with great English and gave us a good breakdown of the history of the hotel as well as the surrounding areas. This hotel is the best experience we've had in Turkey, super memorable.

A 700-year-old historical mansion. It attracts you with its magnificent architecture. We came with our vehicle. The owners contacted us before arriving, came to greet us, parked our car and helped us carry our luggage. The terraces have magnificent views of Mesopotamia. The staff is very attentive and helps you like a guide. The breakfast is satisfying and diverse... We left satisfied and Mirstone Historical Mansion will be our choice again on our next visit.
