The room was clean and the staff friendly and personable.

The overall facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Eyelashes on the pillowcases. Somebody didn’t change the bed so I inspected the other bed and slept in that one. Breakfast was okay if you stick with the oatmeal, waffles and fruit. The hot breakfast did not taste that good.

Great location right off the interstate, it was easy to find, it sits way back from the main road, a convenient store is in a walkable distance, the property definitely looks newly built, the staff was really friendly and accommodating, the housekeeper on our floor (3rd floor) was very pleasant, friendly, and respectful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious with plenty of towels. We will definitely return to this property. The only complaint is as you are driving up to the hotel it’s an area (not on the hotel property) that looks like either a homeless encampment or illegal trash dump. It’s a wooded area so it’s not that visible. We only seen it because we walked to the convenient store.

Breakfast was burnt first day, 2nd day was ok, the best part was the stuff them hotel did not cook, juice machine was broken all 3 days. Pool was dirty, bathrooms did not have fans made it very muggy, rooms were very very muggy, and general manager did not say what the $40 accident money was, she just said $40 when I check in, I had to ask her what it was for.

Great location, nice and clean room. The breakfast was not good. Need to have plenty to eat available all the way through the breakfast period.

Everything is new and organized. Overall, the hotel is very good, but it fell short regarding the pool, which wasn't heated; there were children constantly jumping into it, and I believe there should be some supervision regarding this.

The property and staff were ok. Not overly friendly but polite. My biggest complaints are that the beds were very hard and when guests turned on the shower, the loudest high-pitched squealing began! Of course, this began early in the morning and woke me each morning keeping me awake. It was so bad and really ear-piercing. When I checked out they asked nothing about my stay. Just checked me out.

It's close to the city, and that was good. There was a big family reunion going on. I tried to get a refund, but it was denied. I didn't get the room that I'd booked. It was so loud and crowded that I couldn't get any peace and quiet. We couldn't enjoy the gym, breakfast, the pool, or our room.

The room was good and clean. The service was good and the staff was pleasant. The linens were clean and beds were soft. The receptionist surprised me with a Happy Birthday and welcome snack. She paid attention to detail (my birthdate) and ensured to make me feel welcomed and happy with that simple message of Happy Birthday and enjoy your stay. I appreciated that very much.

Complimentary Breakfast was good. The pool was nice but wish it was warmer for it being a heated pool. Our room was great with all of the amenities. We had a handicap accessible room. Only complaint was the air conditioner had a high pitch whistling when set on high. The room was quiet, clean, and overall, great quality hotel.
