The location to Atlanta was great. The hotel was very clean, and it was truly quite so you could enjoy your night's sleep and feel fresh for your next day. The staff were excellent as well. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Penny who prepared the morning breakfast buffet. She was very nice and pleasant to talk with and ensured our breakfast was good. Great way to start your morning. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly as well. Great communicators. It was a great trip and if I have to go back to Atlanta again, I recommend a stay here. I know I will. I was charged a $20 incidental fee in which I have not seen returned as of yet. I will be contacting someone if it is not returned to my card.

Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton.

The room floor needed to be swept. Card security to access your floor onlr worked in 1 elevator. The luggage cart wheels needed to be filled with air. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean.
