Great people, scenic views and awesome

Hotel had a stale older to it, maybe mold

Loved everything except the $29 daily parking fee. Wide open, ungated lot - very silly to charge and left a bad taste in the mouth.

Room was perfect! Grounds were beautiful, very lovely secluded pool, well kept. We ordered room service and it was very good. Little high priced on food (but was plentiful and delicious) and parking but was a nice area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating: we had to ask for extra towels and a remote for the room, they helped us nicely with both. If I’m ever in GA again I will definitely stay there. We came for the Gone With The Wind museum and that was so conveniently located on the grounds.

The hotel was understaffed and dated. I had to be moved because they put me in a room where someone had been smoking. Someone had also been smoking in the elevators. The hotel was musty and outdated, but it has potential.

Air conditioning was broken. Rooms were very old.

Great spot with an awesome view!

Great location to downtown Marietta. For Atlanta this was a lovely property. A lot of youth baseball teams who were rowdy.

The air conditioning didn’t work the entire stay, barely cooled room, so it was hit after playing in a BB tournament the entire stay.

We stayed in room 628, and after the first night, I woke up to large ants along the window baseboards and everywhere on the walls. They were even in our luggage that was propped up on the chair. I killed the ants, and we complained to the front desk. Friendly and nice, but no help. They said they had no additional rooms and offered no help. Later that night, we came back to ants on both beds. As I was explaining this to the front desk person, Tom, the woman behind me said she had the same problem on the 4th floor. After the 2nd complaint, they moved us to a new room #632. Had to pack everything up and move for 4 people. Everything looked fine, but this bathroom was only surface-cleaned. Black Hair was all over the bathroom, and the carpets were not vacuumed, but it was set as ready and cleaned. The property is very old and has a lot of water damage that they seem to paint over- this might be why they have a bad bug problem on multiple floors. We ended our stay early to go to another hotel, and no compensation or credit was offered. Writing a letter to corporate Hilton along with all the photos.

It took several days to have my room cleaned but when I asked at the front desk, someone came and cleaned the room. The pool area needed to be cleaned better.. there was lots of greenery in the pool and weird bugs all over the grounds out by the pool.

The hotel is in need of a major update the rooms had zero sound proofing we could hear people just walking down the hall they seemed to be out of regular coffee pods for the room we requested them and they kept brining decaf they charge for parking why not like they are in a metropolitan area and they did a very poor job in cleaning the room and we could only get warm water in the shower this town is in need of another hotel

The pub was extremely overpriced for the lack of quality of food.

Great hotel in a really good location (proximity to shopping, dining, sightseeing was great). Not super walkable (due to roadway) but easy to get to several places in quick time. Golf course on site was good and staff was excellent.

Morning coffee on the golf course/ porch is beautiful. Oh and the food at the “Pub”, whoa! Chef’s kiss. 😋😙
