Friendly host, cosy and clean room, swallows. The gate of the parking is really narrow. To get to the parking with a bigger car, especially in the evening, when cars are parking in front of the house, is difficult.

The place is very nicely designed and looks cozy. It is clean and we even had a nice terasse. The wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was very simple - one croassant. The people there were not very friendly compared to our other Italian experiences.

The price and last minute reservation. The room smelled very bad, like sewege. We could only have breakfast up to 9 am (only one croissant and coffee). It was very noisy in the morning.

cozy B&B with high ceilings. in the city center of Marigliano. Emanuela (staff) was truly amazing! She went above and beyond to take care of us. 30-35 mins to Napoli Centro and Pompei. 22 minutes to the NAP international airport. I will be staying here again! Towards the end of our stay, the water heater had trouble so we did not have hot water for a day, but as soon as we escalated it with Emanuela she walked me through troubleshooting steps which unfortunately did not work. She immediately made arrangements for an electrician to be on the site to fix it. She accompanied the electrician and verified the issue was resolved. Emanuela is awesome!!!

The hot water in the shower was very hard to tune. Moreover, the shower/toilets had no window and not vented. Squeezing into the parking space was challenging. Breakfast was pretty basic: croissant, coffee, yogurt, some packed toasts and jam. All very sweet. Would advise adding some savory options. Beds were unfortunately not very comfortable. Emanuela was nice and helpful. Spacious room. Authentic and interesting style. Private parking. Good wifi.
