Gracious helpful hostess. Lina made my stay a beautiful one. The breakfast that she prepared for me was amazing. She home makes her pastries. Lina made me cappucino every morning and gave me terrific ideas on places to go and see. Helped me with maps and directions. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel itself is a little dated but Lina is working on giving things a little facelift. Regardless, it felt like home. The off street parking was close and safe. As a solo traveler I felt safe all the time. It is car dependent. It is close to Gallipoli but not walking distance. I was there OFF SEASON, so this may not apply during the summer. There is not a lot to do in Mancaversa. Most of the places were closed. Lina told me they usually don't open until 1 Jun. Since most everything was closed there was no place to walk to.

Lina is a very lovely host! Great breakfast. Marina di Mancaversa is a good starting point for nearby beaches.

Double bed was more like two twins stuck together. Not the most comfortable.

Place near the sea, but it not good to swim at because of rocks. Near to the center. Nice place. Charming staff. Big parking. Only sweets for breakfast but tasty. Beds are old fashion and matresses are not comfort. In the shower water came out of the cabin. You hear evething around in the building, neibours, house keeping and other. Rocks on the coasts.

Our room was comfortable and well equipped, close to a good pizzeria . The landlady and the staff was so much hospitable and the handmade cake for breakfast was delicious. All in all it was our best accommodation sofar in Salerno. The outdoor shower was under construction, but I guess it will be ready soon.
