Very clean, good breakfast, just few meters from the beach, variety of restaurants around for dinner, and free parking inside! Truly recommend for beach vacation in Tuscany! Noting, great value for money

Absolutely stunning, clean, beautiful, spacious. Staff so friendly, always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast pretty good, a lot of options. Children liked it. Playground, garden, 3 mins from perfect beaches (both inexpensive private and excellent public one). Discounts in neiboughrhood restaurants, parking on site, fish and birds that children can enjoy on site. Clening rooms very accurately every day. Everything was good. Lift is small, but there is one! Which is excellent with small kid, there are usually no lifts at all in small family historic hotels.

A nice hotel, quiet. Nice location. Friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfasts. The room for 4 people was really small and the bathroom lacked shelfs to keep toaletries there. But the room metres were stated in the description and the price was ok, so fair enough.

Friendly staff with great tips re beach and restaurant choice, let us leave the car at their prking for the day. Good greakfast and overall, such a pleasant atmosphere! We liked everything!

Very convenient bed, extremely clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. We booked the stay to visit the attractions around (Pisa, Cinque Terre) and also to be close to the sea and restaurants - it was a brilliant idea. A lot of nice pizzerias just 1-2 streets away from the hotel. Free parking just in front of the hotel. If you like to sleep longer you may be disturbed by the people from the neighbouring rooms that slam the door and talk in the corridor early in the morning.
