Ambruosi Resort & Spa is 4-star resort located in Marina di Massignano at the very center of Il Piceno, in the beautiful region of Le Marche. Connected to the main railways and motorway A14 exits of Pedaso and Grottammare – 10 kmt from san Benedetto del Tronto and Ascoli Piceno. The hotel has 27 rooms with private services. Very clean hotel, amazingly friendly staff, free parking and beach seats with umbrella! No groceries or restaurants in neighbourhood. You have to go to the nearest cities. Railway is aside the beach.

- super friendly staff - clean and spacious room - private beach with Lettini and Umbrellone - indoor parking with access to elevator - in this heat a bigger fridge or minibar would be great, to me that is a general flaw in the hotel industry and a reason I use apartments a lot when on a business trip

Breakfast was by far the worst i have had . Poor selection, and no choices. Same products served day after day. Tiny changes operated from staff/management after many guests complained. Absolutely a shame for a hotel of this price category

The property was very clean and well kept The location, nothing much to do around the hotel. Also there’s no outdoor pool, only an Olympic pool inside the gym/spa Nothing for babies or toddlers though

The staff is amazing and so is breakfast! The beach and sea are gorgeous there as well. AC and a great shower too. The swimming pool isn’t for leisure.

- beach not "overcrowded" - modern design of the hotel and rooms - easy parking outside/inside the hotel (be attentive to you front bumpers by the entrance to the hotel garage if you have sporty car) - too secluded area in the middle of nowhere - noise by trains coming nearby - the hotel organized evening programme can be pretty annoying if the selection does not suit your taste (too loud singing, etc.)

Modern room and very good breakfast It’s a “beachfront” but there’s a railway and you have to cross the road/ use a bridge to get there. The pool and all the amenities were not included in the price we got.
