The pool is nice 1. Room air conditioner nor the fridge worked 2. The quality of customer service is mostly TERRIBLE. They dont have the will to help you, bartenders ignore you… Regarding the room issues they told us they would “see what they could do” which was nothing 3. Breakfast is ok, but lunch and dinner arr poor. 3 plate options for dinner and an expensive not worthy of paying buffet for lunch

The poll was amazing! Perfect temperature and so clean. The Adriatic was rocky, you need water shoes to swim but beautiful and very close. The staff was so friendly too…price was excellent and so was the breakfast ( included) there was very corporate entertainment outside at night that attracted 40-70 year olds:) The phone was broken couldn’t reach a bellhop and needed one because of the stairs. But honestly, everything was great! I believe they are in the process of arranging for events such as cooking/baking class. It was disappointing that it was not yet established.

The property was a bit off the beaten path with walking distance to the beach-which was great! It was very well maintained and beautiful. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. The pool was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back! There was a restaurant on the premises. Breakfast buffet was part of our stay. We did buy lunch one day, which we felt was a bit overpriced. It would have been nice if they had a la carte options. Overall, the only issue was that it appeared to be short staffed. However, everyone worked very hard to be very accommodating. It appears to be an issue worldwide! Only buffet option for lunch was available Short staffed

We had a beautiful stay. The grounds are stunning and well maintain. The grass and palm trees are lush and very green. We absolutely loved the pool and the size of it. Its very chillig and relaxing. On some nights there was life music outside. One night there was a performance at the amphitheater on the grounds. There is a beach set up with chairs and umbrellas for a short few minutes walk, or take the hotel shuttle to it. We took a few times our car. plenty of free parking. The all included breakfast buffet was delicious. I can highly recommend it. There have been problems with the wifi connection. After midnight there was no more wifi connection.

The proximity to the beach Sometimes the van to the beach was late in picking up the guests

There was no beach access to a sandy beach that we could find. The beach was a long walk from the main hotel also. Only a set menu at lunch which was alittle disappointing. The hotel is in a quiet area about 15 min drive from Ostuni. Road is dark in certain parts later in the evening. Room was small and "garden area" was very small and over grown. We asked to move rooms and were accommodated but the garden area was the same in the new room. There was little atmosphere in the bar and some of the bar staff were rude when you asked for drinks. Overall the hotel was good but would like more choice for lunches and if it was closer to the main town.

Passable
-
Very poor breakfast, beachbar and poolbar were not open, one day the pool was also not accessible as they had private event in the evening. Outdated interior.
-
Pool , spaciousness of the property , Restraunt food could be better.
-
Comfortable, relaxing, stylish, delicious food. Most of all: the massive pool Pool needs a bit of a clean but that is a minor quibble. Overall nothing really negative.

We loved the room and swimming pool Entertainment only one night and finishing early. Bar closing early. The beach although you have coach transfer, is slightly dangerous upon arrival as there are stiff stairs and for disable people is no very practical

The location was great with private sandy and rocky beach. The complex would require some maintenance as facilities are quite old. Breakfast was way below standards with coffee and juice from a machine, and very simple and small choice of cheese/meat etc… staff not super friendly and not good at speaking English.

Velande and spacy rooms. Big pool and exciting varje from the cliffs at the ses Birgings but the hotel existens. No other restaurants available. No super market. The staff was not so interested in helping Englagård speaking. The food was terribke ned reminded me about a school cantine
