Very well preserved property. Old but nice furniture, in very good condition. The staff is great! There is a specific smell in the room (some chemicals). It doesn’t go away even if you keep the windows open.

Be aware - no AC. Very hot to sleep and beds were very hard.

There is no restaurant service in the hotel apart from breakfast, so for lunch, having a coffee or dinner you need to go out or order food for delivery. The breakfast was good, although it finishes quite early at 9:30 a.m. It would probably be better for guests on holiday if it were available a bit later. The beds were like two single beds pushed together, and the mattress was a bit old. It had a noticeable dip in the middle, which caused back pain during the night. The toilets also need to be replaced, as they are very old, and the shower door glass was partly broken. They have a very nice garden and terrace area, but unfortunately it was difficult to enjoy because there were huge numbers of tiny bugs or small spiders all over the white surfaces, including the tables and floors. It felt more like an infestation than just a few insects. The internet connection also worked very poorly during the stay. No bag drop off near entrance

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is located in the countryside, just outside Rome, surrounded by lush green meadows. Waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and taking an evening walk around the hotel on our first night in the gentle spring air was one of the highlights of our trip. The lemon trees full of fruit nearby were also very exciting to see. If you are traveling by car, this place is ideal. The train station, which costs about €1.50 to reach the city center, is about a 15-minute walk. Walking to the station is not very convenient, and some parts of the route are not well-lit at night, though traffic is light. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also clean and large, with only minor mold in one area that was not very bothersome. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. Breakfast was not hot but had a good variety. Staff at reception, breakfast, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful and the 24-hour reception was very convenient The breakfast didn’t include hot items, and even the boiled eggs were served cold, which I found disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to my husband after he forgot his toothbrush. We did not partake the breakfast as we are not breakfast eaters. The hotel is near anything not even a restaurant on site or a restaurant nearby to go get something to eat. We checked out one day early for that reason. So now the hotel can turn around and make more money on a day that was already paid for and still wanted to charge us for two water bottles, which they didn’t.

The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of the Castelli Romani area. I would recommend to clean deeper the shower.

Location was paramount for this vacation and the hotel was perfect. View on Rome was great The hotel is a bit old and certain areas of the bathrooms should be cleaned deeper - such as the shower. Breakfast is basic but good.

Exceptional

Great location, very calm and the room was quite big, though quite dated. When we arrived, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom and the toilet was flowing. Despite having told the staff about it who promised to check it right away, the situation did not improve by the next day. Since these made our stay quite uncomfortable , we would have appreciated a little discount.. Breakfast was ok but far from a **** quality. Nice sweet part, but the salty selection should be improved.

Worst place to stay at do not stay here ever ! Nothing good but wifi No elevator Bad bad breakfast don't even purchase In a place out of no where. No nearby restaurants Staff is very bad and mean We were overcharged than what was originally booked Room is very very old Bathroom smells and small and and old TV only has Italian channels Nothing to do. In hotel. Just overall very poor if I could give a 0 I would.
