The Best Inn & Suites

Yikes! This place is not managed properly, guests waiting over a half an hour for their rooms at 4pm. Check in is supposed to be 3pm. You could hardly see out of our window it was so foggy, the laminate flooring was coming up, the hair dryer and the TV did not work and our door did not close properly. Never again!

I travel around for work a lot and this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. There was bacterial growth on the ceiling in the bathroom, multiple sticky mouse traps filled with bugs laid around room and heavy dust and dirt build up in the A/C unit with broken fins. Rules were posted everywhere to not smoke in the building, but honestly probably wouldn't have made the air scent any worse as it smelled musty/mildewy throughout the building.

Disappointing

My stay was very disappointing. The bathtub had urine in it when I arrived, and the bathroom floor was sticky. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The bed cover/topper was also stained. On top of that, the lock on the room door was broken, which made me feel unsafe. The room clearly was not properly cleaned or maintained before my arrival. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Absolutely nothing The staff was rude. The room was filthy. The lobby was full of gambling machines and guys drinking beer. The parking lot had 3 groups of men partying.

Friendly staff was My room smelled like horrible cat pee. I had to ask for another room which was of less value no refrigerator no kitchenette or couch. Sooo yea

Price was good. Room was clean. Room was dated, could use some redecorating. TV didn't work. Breakfast was fair.

The ceiling was leaking directly onto the toilet. Toilet area was not properly cleaned when I checked in with feces stains directly on the toilet. Room has an old and musty smell to it.

We had a bed to sleep in. The moist/musty smell in the room, the stank in the bathroom, the body hair of someone else in the bed, the cold eggs and sausage for breakfast that was late, the key card that needed re-running every time we went in, and the terrible wifi.
