Friendly reception and service staff. Good breakfast. Terrible bed quality, the mattress completely worn out, I could feel each and every spring on my back. Smelly corridors and rooms. Funny iron-iron board installation (tied up with each other), most probably preventing from "borrowing" the iron by the guests. Poor wifi signal. Pricey restaurant, mediocre food quality.

Location is goof for my needs. It was clean, quite usual hotel for such star rating Wi-fi not working, sound isolation poor, I could clearly hear my neighbor and the pillow is a disaster. Breakfast is also so so

The shower was leaking, the bed was very uncomfortable, there was a door leading to a neighboring room so we could hear everything, and the AC didn’t work

Also, for some reason that was not stated, we were not allowed to park our car at the hotel and had to leave it in another parking lot, which was about 100 m behind the hotel.

I like that the room especially the bathroom were super clean. We stayed there for the wedding of our friend because the reception and party was closed by.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us. Clean, with spacious rooms and a restaurant with quality dishes. The stafff was very helpful and provided their services always with a smile. The location of the hotel is convinient to vivit Warsaw by public transport. Bus stop at a few minutes walk from the hotel. If only the beds were a bit wider!

Easy parking for a large van, I stayed I. January, there was a lot of snow and ice. The room was warm, but the restaurant was a little cold. Food was acceptable. Bed was ok, shower head had a mind of its own, I couldn’t stop it pointing skywards and soaking the bathroom. But it worked and it was hot :) Nothing

good location, we had quiet room , very good breakfest. some problems with bathroom sink, hair drier not working

breafast was ok... other food good. Free parking Lack of hot water, window broken, filthy matress with blood stains on. Had to be out of reception by 9pm = turned lights off. We travelled as a group so we wanted to socialise in the evening.
