Paragon Casino Resort

When we got there we had to pay a resort fee which is typical! Only to later find out .. the pool was “temporary closed” .. the buffet was reserved for “certain people” the whole day so me and my kids didn’t get a chance to go… the arcade was closed .. then we later found out “you had to be over 21” for the inside pool after a certain time….. so what did I pay for ??!!! The rooms were okay . Tubs were pretty dirty . The “non smoking” rooms had a scent to them .

I wasn't happy about the craptable. Not being opened during the of midweek.

Air conditioning went out at 11 pm, coffee maker was broken, tub was somewhat dirty!

The rooms were plans so was the staff. The hot tub was extremely hot. And the casino was ok. It was just ok.

Booked a room with a courtyard view. Get there and they dont have those rooms available. The desk clerk was not helpful at all. The rooms were dated but ok.

The room appeared to be clean until I woke up with bed bug bites on my back and side. Since it was pushed for time, I didn't file a report. But, if possible, you may want to inform the hotel that room 6141 has bed bugs. I know bed bug bites, I experienced it in another hotel where I had time to file a report. This is not a fraudulent accusation, I want nothing from the hotel by making them aware.

Ac barely worked. Tv was Purple in one side. Restaurants closed early and opened late so be prepared to eat at the McDonald across the street or Wendy’s. The nightstand was broken so was one lamp. Just not worth the over $200 a night plus “resort fees” lol. It’s ok if you’re traveling through. Just don’t make it a destination.

The pool/hot tub. My stay was in the middle of the week,so it was very quiet. No children making noise. The A/C unit roar loudly like a aircraft taking off all night, then early that morning it gave off a boom sound and went off. Got very little sleep.

We weren’t sick or had any medical conditions to cause this so not sure there. Had to wait 3-4 hours for items requested to be brought to the room. Don’t even get me started on their restaurants at the Casino. Horrible isn’t even a good enough word to describe the restaurant experience we had. Complete and utter disrespect of the customers at The Lucky Wok is a down play of what really happened. This establishment should be shut down for what they allow to happen there. Will never return as a patron there.

Didn't have it We paid for Room with Pool view and there was NO POOL!

The bathroom was dirty, They toilet seat was nasty and they had hair in the shower. I cleaned it because I always bring Clorox wipes with me to any hotel. But the property was beautiful and we enjoyed ourselves otherwise

Had the best time, between the movies, arcade, and pool for the kids. Dinner buffet was wonderful, breakfast not so much.

Good people short relaxing trip! Nature trail short but very nice and thr alligators.
