Staff was really friendly! Really good breakfast! Every recommend for this hotel!!

Staff barely can communicate in English. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I had seen. Very old building, old furniture, poorly cleaning room, bad illumination lamps, I mean... It was good at stay here only for 1 night.

Breakfast was one of two redeeming features of this property, quite nice for a hotel breakfast on the rooftop of this former riad. Nightime desk person was very helpful, but couldn't address the many physical facility issues. Booked same day just before the New Years Holiday and appreciated having a room. Next to a salvage yard with a guard dog that barked incessantly. Across from motorcycle repair shop. Another hotel has the same name and we were dropped off there rather than this property by taxi driver. TV never worked. Fireworks to celebrate Maroc's soccer goals in Africa Cup filled the room with smoke, we thought he building was on fire - no smoke detector in the room. See attache photo of shower which was missing a panel from keeping the water from spraying all over. This property doesn't even qualify for a 'glamping' designation. And it was expensive for Marrakesh compared to other accommodations taken on the same trip.

Great price and location convenient to the area. You need a car though. It does need some remodeling

The staff were great — friendly and helpful. Everything else. The overall experience did not meet expectations.

The rooms were beautiful, but everything else was below standard. We found dust everywhere — on the chairs, on the tables — and the pool was very dirty. Overall, the price is far too high compared to the quality of the place.

It was ok There's construction and building works going on. I know this can't be helped but the price could be reduced to reflect this. I went into the FREEZING cold pool anyway however was definitely watched over by a load of builders. ?

Quietness Receptionist gave us a map but where she said we were wasn't where we were! We subsequently got list!!

The location is close The rooms were small . The bathroom was very very small not good for a group of 3 or more .

The hotel itself was beautiful, breakfast was fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful. Great central location next to the YSL museum/ jardim Majorelle. Location was next to a current building site is my only criticism. It was a little noisy.

good breakfast, which was served earlier than expected at request, hotel within walking distance of Jardin Majorelle, against the backdrop of parking difficulties in the city, there is always enough space here There was a huge cockroach in the room, which we managed to evict with difficulty. The reception area overlooks the local garbage dump. The location on booking.com is incorrect, the hotel is difficult to find in a dead end street
