The two gentlemen at the front desk were incredible. From giving directions , carrying luggage up and down the stairs. Room was a very nice size. Shower had nice hot water. Rooftop terrace was really nice. Nice and close for pick up for tours and taxis. For seniors the stairs were a bit challenging and in most cases no handrails. Distances to the main square a bit far again for seniors, once a day no issues, but more than that a challenge. Believe it was about 1.1 km to main square tho most of walk was in covered walkways with hundreds and hundreds on vendors. Breakfast did not start till 8:30, but in reality more like 9, so challenging to have something to eat if you had a 9 a.m. tour. Had complaints about the volume of our tv, so don’t know if walls are thin, or we really did have it to loud. Sort of put a damper on our playing the tv as we didn’t want to cause issues. .

The property is central and close to everything you need. Food was amazing, and staff super friendly, available and welcoming. Never felt so at home in my whole life. Mohammed and Steve were great hosts making sure we had everything we needed. I wis I had stayed more and used more services (like spa or pool)

The stay at this charming four-star hotel in the old town of Marrakech was an absolute delight. The building captures the essence of classic French elegance, blending beautifully with the historic atmosphere of the Medina. From the moment of arrival, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make the experience memorable. The hotel maintains an impressive standard of cleanliness; every corner feels cared for and spotless. The terrace, where breakfast is served, is one of the highlights. Enjoying a morning meal while overlooking the old city rooftops creates an unforgettable start to the day. For travelers who need to stay connected, the internet connection is surprisingly fast and reliable, something not always easy to find in traditional hotels. Combined with its refined décor and inviting charm, this hotel offers a perfect balance between elegance, comfort, and authenticity. A truly elegant retreat in the heart of old Marrakech—highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, character, and genuine hospitality.

Quiet and luxurious stay in the heart of Marrakech

The staff was AMAZING! Steeve was incredible, and the ladies were extremely pleasant and courteous. Steve assisted us with getting transportation, scheduling our tour, shopping information, getting late night food upon arrival, and getting back to the airport for our departure. His hospitality was unmatched! The pool was nice, and the property was beautiful. It's a little bit off the beaten path, so getting there was somewhat tricky. Steve had to meet us at a point and escort us to the property. I don't think we would've been able to locate it on our own. We weren't able to explore at night because we figured it would've been too hectic to find our way back to the property.

Intimate and beautiful hotel with plenty of character in the middle of the souk. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful hamam on the last day! Highly recommended. Just bear in mind that it's a small hotel.in a historic building Nothing that I didn't like personally.

Was in my way from Casablanca to hike the High Atlas. This was a great stop to get ready for the trek.

The shower water is not warm enough.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They even walked me to the day tour meeting point. This Riad is close to all old town attractions. Fantastic place to stay!

My room was big and beautiful. The pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Staff was lovely and communication was no problem. Breakfast on the terrace was a nice treat. Finding the riad was very difficult. The GPS doesn’t route you to the right place. If traveling with non rolling luggage you will have a slightly difficult time. It’s in the middle of the less tourist area so a lot seems to be going on.

Beautiful riad! Anas, Karim and Simo were all very helpful, kind and attentive!

The pool is lovely, pretty Riad if a little run down. Breakfast was nice. The room wasn’t clean and some of the furniture was worn out, falling apart upholstery & hair and a used Qtip on the bathroom floor. Had a hard time getting back in the Riad after going out, no one answered the door.
