Amazing hospitality from the first moment we arrived. The staff, Mohamed and Salah did everything to make us feel welcome and to made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks a lot. We will definitely be back next time we are in Marrakech. Everything was great

We had a wonderful stay at Ambre Epices Medina Riad. The riad is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakech. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the traditional Moroccan breakfast, which was fresh and full of flavor every morning. A special thank you to Mohamed, Marwa, and Salah for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We truly appreciated their warm welcome and outstanding service. Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Transportation rates should be compareable to local transportation rates. Dining menu updates. Need more sign postings to help guide you to the Riad.

Property was a little oasis in the middle of the old city. Marwa, Mohamed and Salah were very helpfull and accomodating (before we even arrived) by booking spa, tours and (recommending) restaurants! Highly recommend for you stay in Marrakech!

We had an exceptional experience at Dar Jasmine. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, with breathtaking views and a perfect location. The setting makes it easy to relax while still being close to everything worth exploring. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to assist with every request. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was charming, and every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. We highly recommend Dar Jasmine to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Loved everything, from the check in process, the staff, the property and my room was what I hoped for It was exactly what I wanted, unique and traditional Moroccan style

Greeting from the manager and staff, rooftop, breakfast The room felt a bit cramped for three people, especially since we booked a suite rather than a standard room, and the amenities were somewhat limited.

Beautiful riad, and the people is what made our stay truly unforgettable. We arrived with our 7.5 month baby and they went out of their way to make it great for us.

All of the personnel, Mohammed, so kind and very efficient! A serene place in the middle of a bustling city. Special thanks also to the young man helping us with the luggage.

Great location and clean with a friendly and helpful staff. Mohamed and Marwa were particularly great. No real complaints
-
Very good location close to entrance to Medina. Nothing.

Great location in a quiet pedestrian area, super clean and great facilities. What makes the place is the amazing people. The staff are so lovely and accommodating! Amazing breakfast, fantastic spa services- we will definitely be back! Nothing, it was amazing!

The staff was so friendly and nice! Really felt so welcomed by everyone. The Riad is on the smaller side so that staff knows everyone that is staying there. Felt like staying with family! The breakfast was fantastic too! Also, I've never had a larger bath tub in my life--was luxurious. Room was very comfortable but slightly small.

Great location, amazing friendly staff. Marwa who greeted us was wonderful and so attentive. We had dinner and breakfast and they were both delicious. The room was beautiful as well. The massage was wonderful.

We love the breakfast. They changed the main course each day. Such a nice vibe to have breakfast at the terrace.1 The hosts (Marewa and Mohamed) are very hospitable. They would serve us with tea each time we ask them about the places we’re going. They check on us during breakfast, and each time we come back from our little tours around the Medina. They’re good with recommendations for food, money exchange and places you can shop for a bargain too. Our check out was at 11:30am. But we’re allowed to use the facility until 3:30pm, until we could take our taxi to the train station. They even assisted us with using a room to do ablution and pray. We REALLY appreciate and grateful for their service. There’s a spa provided in the riad. However, we did not have time to use it. The riad would help you with your luggage. Abdurrahmen would be taking the luggage to the nearby taxi stand. He’s super helpful. They have a dedicated wheel barrow for this purpose. Such a good way to manoeuvre the narrow alleys. This is what we think could be improved. As we informed the Riad, they may need to add more hot / warm meal during winter. Riads in Chefchaouen and Tangier provided more hot / warm meal during our stays there. The toiletries (shampoo, bath gel , lotion) were put in glass bottles. I think they could change that. In winter, the floor tend to be cold, as it’s made of cement. So a thin rug may help, as they do not have floor heating. If they could install a bidet in the toilet, it would be perfect.

Beautiful property! Lovely rooftop. Excellent and welcoming staff who made our stay warm and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They accommodated an early check-in for us since our flight landed early, connected us to a really good local guide, and pampered us with their wonderful cuisine. After checking out, we had accidentally taken the room keys with us - they were very patient and never made us feel bad about this snafu - we were able to return it to them upon our return to Marrakech. A big shout-out to Marwa at the reception - a very kind hostess who made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this property and this team.
