Great location in the middle of the Marrakesh medina; not very clean but reasonably acceptable The room was tiny, and no hair dryer or towels were provided.

Proximity to jamaa lfna square, nice rooftop! Shower could be better, staff could be more friendly and less square. One the guys at the reception exchanged an unpleasant discussion with a guest because she came at the property after 01:00am. She shouted about her rights as a guest and the receptionist shouted at her back.

Location is great. 1st room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We changed for our second night. The driver the hotel provided to pick us up at the airport immediately got in trouble with the police before even leaving the airport. Apparently, he did not have the proper licenses. My family watched the undercover officer yell at him for 45 mins at 1:30am. This caused a huge delay and was really scary. Quite a horrible way to start our morrocan trip. We had to book a taxi to get us to the hotel.

Location slap bang in the middle of the medina area of Marrakesh. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Having a sink in the room was also very good as the shower / toilet was down the corridor. Paying under £10 a night superb The noise of the motorbikes at night. ( This would apply to nearly all of the hotels in the medina area not just this hotel ). My room was at the top of the stairs directly above reception so you could hear people coming in at night.

The terrace was very beautiful, and the location was excellent. It was quite hard to sleep because there was noise throughout the night, and doors were being slammed constantly so loudly that it was impossible not to wake up. The room needs renovation, and both bathroom shower areas also require repairs. In one bathroom, the showerhead didn’t stay on the wall, which is a small fix, and I was surprised it hadn’t been taken care of. The room had air conditioning, but there was no remote control, so it couldn’t be used
