An authentic Kasbah stay, in a very nicely appointed room. Very clean, and it is as beautiful as the pictures show. I cannot speak well enough of the hosts/family there. They went above and beyond. They embody their he spirit if the Moroccan free people!

The staff were wonderful! The room was large and comfortable. What really differentiates this Riad are the super helpful staff. They provided local restaurant recommendations and arranged an early morning car to take us to the airport. The Riad is located on a quiet street.

The staff were available, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and well-equipped and the location is great, within 5 minutes walking distance of the Kasbah Mosque.

Great location and the staff were very nice.

The Riad was traditional with well kept rooms. We were warmly greeted by our hosts with Moroccan tea and sweets. The rooms were pretty with Moroccan artifacts and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning flight to catch so they packed breakfast for us and also arranged a taxi for us. It was difficult to find the location. Our uber driver dropped us off at another part of the Medina and insisted that we just had a few feet to walk. However, when we got down we found that it was a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. It would be helpful if there was a land mark provided( the Medina gate) as the drivers map showed a different location.

The guys who worked the front desk and the breakfast were extremely welcoming, kind, and accommodating. They were also very dependable for arranging taxis, and organizing anything O needed. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. This riad is great for solo female travelers as I felt very safe. The riad is easy to find and the location is perfect - near everything in the medina. I highly recommend Riad Merzouga! Thanks guys! The wifi is not great, but it's not important when you consider how great this place is. Go ahead and book this amazing riad!

I had a great stay at Riad Merzouga. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and high-quality options. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful, it began my day’s adventures. A very minor matter, because I am 78, and like brighter lamps, the room lighting could have been brighter. A personal preference.

great staff and cozy little hotel, I recommend!
-
Beautiful Riad with a fantastic breakfast. The service was super friendly and helpful. Nothing.

Doesn't feel private. Riad is small and staying at the ground floor is like having people at your door constantly. Dodgy neighborhood. There are better offers in Marrakech
-
The staff was friendly and ended up getting me a place to hangout and take meetings before my flight. I think that most of the disappointment comes from the fact that it's NOT a 5-STAR hotel. It meets 3-star rating, but not more than that. Wi-fi was poor, room was small, no 24 hour reception etc.

Beautiful Riad and Ibrahim was the kindest most helpful host you’ll ever meet.
-
Lovely riad in what felt like a more authentic part of the Medina. Large bed, in a good-sized room. Super breakfast. And very friendly! Loved it.

Staff were super helpful on arrival and able to accommodate my early check out to catch a flight. The room was lovely, extremely cozy and well designed in the local style. While I never got around to using it the pool area looked great and the roof deck was a nice open air escape. For the price this is an excellent stay, highly recommend. It was a bit hard to locate but apart from that no issues at all.

Everything was amazing. Ibrahim was so helpful and efficient. The room was clean and on the terrace which was just an extra and we could enjoy coffee or tea in the tent. The breakfast was great, so was service. Would definitely come back.

Clean and peaceful refuge in the medina. We were looked after with such friendly kindness. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We felt very safe walking around the medina although watch out for the motorbikes!
