Location and cleanliness. Cell phone network around the hotel is poor. Hotel should offer unlimited and free access to a network connection not limited code cards.

The internet service was poor and operated through daily coupons. On one of the days, the manager who had the coupons left the hotel and locked them in the safe, leaving us without internet until he returned. The location is also inconvenient, with nothing nearby, and the staff were unhelpful.

The room is very clean! I have a good night here. Moataz prepared hearty breakfasts for us since we leave in a very early time(5.30am), that’s so helpful! Highly recommend the eggplant dish! It’s amazing ! The room is not well soundproofed

A nice place with very good restaurant. Also they provide laundry. They organise the best tours in Marsa Alam with Moto quad. I recommend this hotel. Taha was our guide for the sunrise Moto quad.

it's a great service I had here very professional and helpful staff , charming manager give all facilities from the hotel itself with acceptable prices with a high quality and professional, sea view , mountain view ,, i rented cycle from the hotel to the city 2 km only and they prepared a trips too by easily way with professionalism too and the food is fresh with high quality of marinated with acceptable price too . all perfect
