Beautiful environment. Bungalows were characteristic. Great for a single or couple. Didn’t get to use pool but looked inviting! Little bit of a walk to get to bungalows with luggage.

Breakfast was exceptional as well. A large assortment of hot & cold items, served in a large, lavish dining room. And the staff, especially Georgia & Naomi at the front desk, were over the top helpful, and communicated in very good English, as well as Italian! The pool needed a little work...but nothing a good cleaning wouldn't cure. Water was cool, so we didn't swim, but the setting was picture perfect.

However, the environment was very humid, and the bedsheets and blankets felt damp. The mattress had very poor support, and I woke up with back pain in the morning. There were also many lizards in the courtyard. I understand this may be normal in the area, but for me personally it was quite uncomfortable.

Some of the staff were ok. It could have been good if anything g was open Everything was closed: pool, restaurant.

The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. The breakfast room and the food were outstanding. The room was modern and well decorated although not ideal for 2 women friends as the shower and tub are enclosed by glass only without any privacy and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom . The access road or very well hidden! It is a dangerous corner to pull out onto the main road

Breakfast was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our bungalow was so cool. Wish there were coffee pots in the rooms.

The location is fabulous: a beautiful garden, pool, nice bungalows. Excellent staff. Good Wi-Fi. They might have given the water (in the room) fo free... but, it's fine

The villa offered a wonderful stay overall. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the pool was a real highlight. Staff were kind and attentive, and the food was excellent. It’s a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some peace. That said, it would have been more convenient if payments could be made during the stay rather than all at check-out, especially for groups, as splitting bills at the end was a bit tricky. At times the evenings could also get slightly noisy due to weddings held on site.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The property itself is stunning—immaculately maintained grounds, beautifully designed spaces, and an atmosphere of true relaxation and elegance. The management and staff were outstanding: warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. It was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. Both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. The variety of options was impressive, but even more memorable was the quality of preparation and presentation. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and delicious—far above typical hotel fare. This was one of the most seamless, enjoyable accommodations I’ve ever experienced. I’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience.

Really really small TV, it would be better if there was no TV at all.

This property is gorgeous. I had much lower expectations from viewing online, and was surprised when we arrived as it was exceptional. I wish we had time to enjoy the facilities. Unfortunately on our room wing, every time a guest opened the secure door to the wing, the room doors would loudly bang due to the air movement from the hallway. It was excessively loud and woke me tho king someone was trying to force the door to our room. Also, it may have been due to off season and low guest count, but the workers were doing work late into the night. They were moving some large equipment or something below the rooms and it was extremely disruptive. The room was shaking and it was very loud. I don’t usually complain about noise but these two issues took away from my enjoyment of the stay.

This hotels images are misleading, for my booking they only showed images for the main building with modern rooms, and after booking I was told we would be in one of the bungalows which were small cabin like structures away from the hotel, which had mould on the outside and ants on the floor by the door. When we asked for a room inside the hotel they said it’s not possible and that there was nothing they could do.
