Casale Alma

The place was beautiful if it was an AirBnB. The owner was super sweet and we loved speaking with him. The downside is it's located was outside the city and when driving there it feels like your going through a slum. The room while quaint, was not a suite. The bathroom was down the hall. The dogs that were there were adorable, but they defecated anywhere they wanted, and no one bothered to pick it up.

It felt like a villa. Meeting people at breakfast was nice. The food very good.

Our stay at Casale Alma from August 18th to 25th was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the house. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a home filled with the spirit and passion of its architect. Every corner, every detail, has been crafted with such care, making it a truly special place. Michele, our host, welcomed us with open arms and a warm smile. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. The communal breakfasts were a joy, not just for the delicious food and incredible coffee, but for the chance to connect with Michele and the other guests in such a warm, friendly setting. We also fell in love with Michele’s dogs, Goa and Teo. They brought so much warmth and happiness to our stay—little companions that made our time there even more special. We also met Mauricio, a kind and helpful presence who added to the overall feeling of being well taken care of. For myself, Bart, and Kodi, Casale Alma wasn’t just a place to stay—it was a place to experience. It’s clear that Michele has poured his heart into this home, and we can’t wait to return. We left with beautiful memories and a longing to come back.

The owner and Vincenzo are so friendly and helpful and you feel at home at soon as you arrive. The house is immpresive and have a beautiful garden and swimming pool.

The place was very great away from the noise of the city we felt very welcomed Unfortunately the pool was not in a clean condition to swim, dead flies and other stuff floating, so we couldn’t use it.

A place that you can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature around you. Quiet place to have a good sleep. Shower room have a spot of fungus, need to pay attention for sake of guest health.

Welcoming hosts, there are also two lovely dogs. Keep in mind that to Marsala center it takes 15 mins by car

The location was excellent, close to Marsala centre and Trapani salt pans; the accommodation was exceptional as was our host; absolutely beautiful home and outdoor gardens/pool; a hidden gem; spotlessly clean; plentiful and varied breakfast; very quiet location; close to local restaurants; private parking in private grounds; would highly recommend and would love to return one day. Everything excellent.

stunning property with such a friendly owner! the house and garden are decorated with a lot of attention to detail, so you quickly feel immersed with the Italian way of life. The breakfast was amazing and prepared by the owner himself. Michele was a great host with a good sense of humour (only speaks Italian though so I could practice my limited vocabulary a bit)

The hotel is excellent and the owners are very friendly and responsive. We stayed at the hotel for four days - we could enjoy both relaxing by the pool and cooking our own lunch and dinner on the grill. The breakfast prepared by the owners was very delicious. Everything was very satisfying. There are also super friendly dogs on the territory. :)

Comfort

A super nice place surrounded by the greenery/ garden. Classy furniture, comfortable bed and room. Overall nicely decorated house. Top cleanliness, but foremost the hospitality of the host and the breakfast… The place is located in a bit remote area, vehicle needed to reach any place in the city.

It's a beautifully designed property just outside of Marsala. The owner serves a breakfast every morning for the guests dining together at a big table. The house has a truly unique and beautiful design. It's in a good location for exploring the are and near salinas, also it has easy access to Trapani. It's not a place where you would like to hang around during the day by the swimming pool as it's far to small to swim and the lounge chair are quite outdated.

This is an amazing property with two darling dogs and very friendly owners. Glad we stayed 2 days! the architecture!!
