The room was a good size. First, the deposit. Fine to take it for large parties or at football matches. But for two quiet people it seemed very excessive - not least because the rooms are very basically furnished and it would be difficult to do much damage. The hotel needs to hire more staff urgently. It’s not fair on them having to hop between reception and the bar and tidying up and everything else. The maids are overworked. The pool - for goodness sake please ban the idiotic practice of people ‘reserving’ sun loungers with their towels and then disappearing for most of the day. This causes antagonism and the ridiculous €50 charge for lost towels tokens also adds to the labour camo feel of the place. There is a very miserable vibe about the place - I would guess because the staff are so overworked.
