The staff were amazing, helpful, accommodating. The building was new and modern. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but the fruits, cereal and yogurts were great - and there was always the coffee machine at the ready! Located within walking distance to our favorite areas and the port. Not a thing.

I appreciated how welcoming the reception was. I loved the comfy, clean room. The free continental breakfast was top notch! It had plenty to choose from with a cozy sitting area. The staff was always nearby w/o hovering. They happily stored our luggage with tags behind a locked door. The Old Port was a short walk away. Don't miss out on this quaint gem of a hotel!

The location was great. I like that there was an elevator. the staff was great. Nicely renovated. The bed took up the entire room. there wasn't enough room to even sit at the 10" makeshift counter on the left side. The room could be improved 10x if they converted the bed from a bed on the floor to a murphy bed. I wouldn't rent the same single again - its ok for a day or two but not great for anything more or for more than 1 person at all.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. It is located in a central area of the city and is easy to access by taxi, foot or by subway. The staff is very kind and friendly. Breakfast is good, with fresh eggs, pastries and bread. Beds were very comfortable! I had a pleasant stay. Maybe the only "discomfort" was the noise. My room was on the main street and it was quite noisy but I slept soundly nonetheless.
