Location good and bearing in mind it’s Spartan decor it was clean and tidy. Neighbourhood was run down. Old property, traditional but in need of modernisation. No toilet seat in shared toilet, no lighting in bathroom.

They have charged me twice for one night. I want the second payment refunded.

Checking out. The "hotel" and the room was a disgrace, uncomfortable, unable to lock the door, the loo was dreadful and the whole place could do with a clean. The Receptionist / Owner could not have been more rude, while his wife or mother was asleep on a sofa in his Reception Office while we were checking out. An absolute disgrace.

Nothing, left at 6:30 in the morning didn't want to say any longer. So noisy, did sleep all night. Bed uncomfortable, no night lights only one big one on the ceiling. Toilets had a big gap under the door. Really uncomfortable part of the city, did not feel save to go out at night.

This is wonderful place to take a vacation in the centre. Extremely hospitable hotel staff, very tidy and comfortable place. The owner Arizki responded to all requests and helped us in everything, the best option for a budget holidays, walking distance to all historical places and to a wonderful beach (20 minutes on foot). We were extremely satisfied with our vacation and are very grateful to the hotel staff . Everything great

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Bunk beds were not very stable and would move whenever the other person moved.

Nothing We couldn’t even stay there, we just arrived, my children were scared of these slums and we left, and Booking charged us money for the room even though we didn’t even check in! 90 euros for such a terrible hotel! We found a wonderful hotel nearby for the same price, but it’s a shame that we took the money even though we didn’t live there! I don't recommend it at all!
-
Attention. There are peak holes in every door so that people from the outside can have a look inside the room.

Room was clean. Checkin very quick and easy (they just gave me my key and showed the room). Staff was friendly - but I had almost no interaction with them. Room had a smoky smell, and the corridor was smoky as hell. Room doesn't have A/C, only a fan - fortunately during my stay the weather was ok, otherwise it would be hard to survive. Shower and toilet are in the corridor, shared for the whole floor. Shower was clean but partially clogged so the water was staying there when I was taking shower - not very pleasant. Building, corridors, interior etc. are really shabby - but the room itself was not so bad.

Location Very rough area. Disappointed that there was no toilet or shower. There were communal facilities down the corridor. For the price we paid that was not great. It states on their site a ‘private bathroom’. Very misleading

Staff were great, easy to get to from tram/bus station. Basic hotel that was fit for purpose. Pizza shop below was great, and fresh breads! The area around hotel is a bit busy/chaotic with markets going on.
