Very nice welcome and everything was ready tot enjoy the stay.

This place, this region, these people should not be missed! The Masseria Luco is a trip back in time that few in the west and particularly North America, have ever experienced. Don’t miss it! Everything was perfect and the associates were so very warm and helpful. The BEST!

This property is magnificent. A total 10 plus in every way. It is a unique experience to spend a few days in a grand mansion. Not only did we have a spacious and beautiful best suite, we also had a glorious sitting room and eating area with a gorgeous wisteria laden patio with views of the expansive garden and on site church. The property is a dream. A beautiful setting for a wedding or private party in addition to a wonderful quiet stay for just a couple , as we were. The owner is charming and attentive tomorrow every need. A great experience!!! I loved everything about it !!!

Beautiful Masseria. Friendly owner and Monica (staff) was so sweet. Breakfast was perfect. Pool was picturesque. Grounds very well maintained. Horses topped it off. Surprised by the Trullis also on site. Will be back next year!

Excellent place to stay and visit the surrounding cities. Very small and old TV, looks more like a 15” monitor

The grounds are magnificent. Beautiful and serene country estate. The interior is beautifully furnished with antiques and country farmhouse chic decor. Monica, a delightful and accommodating transplant from Peru, serves up delicious and personalized breakfasts every morning. This would be a fabulous wedding venue!! Not a thing.

Beautiful place with a great view, adorable interiors, historical spirit, it’s a masterpiece in this area. Ideal place to spend nice time with friends and for romantic moments. Breakfast is tasty, but if you want something more to eat you need to buy it or go out, but only if you have car. Should be great to have possibility to buy some drinks or wine ?

Masseria is true jewel which should be visited even just to see how beautifull it is. Hard to tell,only maybe the fact that there is no restaurant or small bar on site.If it was,we would stay there all the time. Also, one recommendation to the staff would be to warn the guests if party is on site...since during our stay there was a party and manager didn't say anything about it.

The breakfast was great. I asked for a frittata and it they made me one everyday. The facilities were beautiful. The swimming pool was great. The grounds were very well manicured.

Very beautiful surroundings. Extremely well manicured gardens and buildings. Lovely comfortable room walking out into the gardens. Thank you so so much for taking care of my terrible headache. Awesome people. Wish it was summer to enjoy the stunning pool. Unfortunately it is some distance from Martina franca and you need to use transport

Very quiet place in the middle of the countryside. Masseria is very nice, carefully decorated in old/romantic style, room is comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was wonderful. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone who is looking to stay in this region in a nice atmosphere.

the property was beautiful, great for exploring. it wasn't busy so we had the pool to ourselves and plenty of food available for breakfast. the bed was comfortable, good amount of toilet paper and they had a full length mirror in the bedroom. there was a private party on our second night which they did warn us about, however they said it would be done by midnight. the party went until at least 1am, but fortunately we couldn't hear them from our room. the breakfast was not as good as i expected to be honest, it was still very nice and loved the fresh coffee every morning... i thought there would be more fresh fruit and local produce. i suppose i dont know what a typical italian breakfast is. the bathroom / shower was a little small in comparison to the size of the rooms and if you want food outside of breakfast, you need to go to town or order delivery. they have kitchens but they weren't really for use.

This accommodation is amazing. It's like a short stay in heaven and then back to harsh reality after leaving. ☺️ No complaints or remarks. Just go here and experience.

The location is perfect, nearby there are many places to visit. The breakfast was amazing and the lady serving the breakfast was the loveliest person! Great swimming pool and amazing garden.
