Travelodge by Wyndham Marysville

The property seems to attract alot of railroad workers. It does not have a free breakfast, but does have "Penny's" a nearby 24-hr restaurant. Initially I was booked to stay in the lower level of one building. The motel manager managed to get the booking changed to the upstairs of an adjacent building. This building appeared to have new carpet and paint. However, the A/C in that room was not working properly. I checked again with the manager who assigned me a different room in the 2nd building. My stay in that building was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was traveling for business. The "Penny's" diner nearby had good service for eggs, sausage and hash browns for breakfast. Local workers and farmers often eat there.

Also it was not clean, the room needed vacuumed and dusted.

The room smelled really bad like dirty feet. I had to go to the store to buy fresher for the room.

I was given a dirty room.

Stayed with another party and our rooms were close together according to my request Our room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I wanted to ask for a different room but didn’t have time. All my clothes and even suitcase smelled like smoke when I got home. Also the back door was ajar and never locked at night.

Dead bugs in the bathroom, on the shelves. Zero hot water! Listing said the bed would be a queen, but it was definitely smaller. Hallway right outside the room reeked of strong chemicals.

Needs a breakfast area Vending machine needs attention

Great place to stay on short notice. Plenty of rooms and a dinner close by.

Room was relatively clean but otherwise offered much less then normal for the price point. No ammenities (coffee pot, hair dryer, courtesy shampoo, etc.) and the mattress was absolutly the worst I've experienced.

Parking easy, best in the area, no free breakfast, no elevator for older clients, should be on fist floor. I was on the second floor with a bad hip

Staff was very nice Room. Smelled horrible! Beds were very uncomfortable and made alot of noise, when we arrived they downgraded our room because they did not have a room like we booked! Had to speak with 3 different people to get correct price for the room we received rather than charged for room we booked and did not get! Then they acted like they were doing us a favor reducing the price! Carpet was torn up in several places. The online prices we booked for were lower than prices they wanted to charge!

Nice solid lodging.

Staff was very friendly. Clean and it looks like they are trying to renovate now. I’m sure after renovations it will be all 5 stars!

The pre-Check in made my arrival very quick. The room was clean enough. The construction on the property made some areas inconvenient and crews left outside doors propped open all night.

Clean and Quiet. there was a restaurant on the lot, but is stayed pretty busy so I never went. friendly staff.

The building I stayed in was far from the lobby. Not much of any breakfast. Diner next door was nice. There was a dead animal in SE parking lot that looked like it had been there for weeks.

The mattress was very firm to the point of being hard.

The bed and pillows were rock hard. I think a concrete slab would have been more comfortable.

I don’t usually leave a review but I feel an obligation to inform people about this property. I reserved a double queen room. We walked in and these were definitely not queens but full sized beds. The sheets were clean but felt like sandpaper. The bathroom had an ironing board in it and was so small that you could iron as you were using the toilet. The staff was friendly but the guests were loud and inconsiderate stomping around and slamming doors until 2 am. Disappointed because the photos on Expedia did not match what the room actually looked like.
