Was possible to walk off the plane to the room with luggage, early check in at 8am very expensive but welcome after long flight Room very very small for the money, no TV, entrance door very very dirty both sides gave bad impression and feeling. Also transport surcharges and long long queues for Uber not convenient

The location was fantastic

The front desk attendant was so helpful and friendly to us, it made such a difference. Sadly (for the hotel) it was her last day, but she was ever so professional and warm. The room was small - as expected - but had everything we needed and was truly right in the terminal so could not have been more convenient for a 6am flight out of Sydney the next morning. Really outstanding service and made our awkward flight schedule much more comfortable than it would have been had we stayed elsewhere. Great idea!

Inside the airport. Like being in a prison cell - no windows or space to put suitcases.

Cushions were not comfortable. The location is excellent. Its clean and most adequate for overnight or day accommodation inbetween flights. The only noise was from other doors being opened and shut from other travellers. See above

Very well located, 50m away from the arrival terminal. Easy and fast check in. Room is very small given the high price range
