Location was wonderful

Terrible internet connection, likely the worst ever. Is like the dial up of 30 years ago. Same, bad TV, it didn't work most of my stay. Room was too big (two rooms actually connected)., guess because the hotel is in renovation. Breakfast is okay, not many choices but is fine all together.

The staff is always very nice and helpful. Rooms are good size, and the beds are comfortable. Excellent location. Nice view from room and good cleaning.

Disappointing

Everything was perfect, wonderful friendly staff to welcome us, great sea view from the room. The best hotel we have stayed in Marina di Massa.

Great service, location, included breakfast. Staff were super friendly . Great location from which to do a Cinque Terre day trip or to visit Lucca or Carrera Marble or to spend time at the Tuscan beach clubs.

The hotel is ideally located and property is lovely and the building is well appointed and maintained. Exceptional sea view from the room. Excellent breakfast included . Very convenient for visiting the 5 lands

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay.

The staff very helpful! The room bigger than usual. Delicious and rich breakfast! Bathroom a little oldish, not enough light in. White light in the room (I 'd rather prefer yellow light).

Its a clean place with a nice staff. the location close to the beach is very good. Easy and good access It‘s not a **** Star Hotel, formally yes, effectively no. Pretty noisy as it is close to the main road snd right in the city center (and it is not the fault of the Hotel of course, the location is the reason to go there), I just think, noise sensitive future guests should be aware of that.

Wow, really above expectations. Clean room with all comforts. Stunning sea view. In the city center and on the sea. Very kind and always available staff. Recommended

Breakfast was great. Rooms extremely quiet and silent. Dinner was well prepared. Personnel was ready and always available to meet out needs. Beach was close. Swimming pool was not so large, but you could swim quite well if you wish. Parking was not very large considering the number of customers but we could find a place always except a couple of nights. Pictures presenting the building seem to overstate the size of the hotel.
