GOCCE DI CAPRI RESORT

ישוב קצת חסר חיים וביום ראשון לא ניתן למצוא מסעדות או סופר פתוחים . הניקיון בחדרים המשפחתיים היה ברמה מאוד נמוכה ולא נכנסים לנקות אלא פעם ביומיים/שלושה. לא היו שמיכות בארון ללילה כשהיה קר.

- Bed was awfully bad - there isn't enough equipment in the kitchen - and at night you can't sleep , because resturant is near hotel and there is live music always until midnight and too noisy

Aside from the power outage that couldn’t be prevented, there was nothing we did not enjoy.

I would stay more time ?

Views, staff, property beauty, price, accommodations beyond necessary like arranging transportation and giving amazing recommendations. Pool is 10am-7pm which was disappointing with its amazing view. We were hoping to watch the sunset from the pool but were unable to and then had to leave before it opened. Carve pool time out of activities to enjoy.

Everything was amazing. Property, staff, view, not a single major negative point to flag. We really enjoyed our stay I wish the pool was open longer than 7pm. Sunset is 8:30 in June so I think they could have adjust accordingly depending on the season They also open at 10am which is check out time, but they didnt bother to let us check out before 11 so we were able to do a quick jump before leaving.

Our experience was amazing here. Great place to relax and explore the region. We appreciated the most how fast and efficient the communication with the staff was- just excellent. The energy and enthusiasm of the personnel was as well incredible, especially if you meet Mike!! Looking forward to visiting here again in future.

The view was perfect, and the garden in front of the room was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, with excellent facilities, and the entire area was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, and throughout our entire stay, the room was never cleaned. We also weren’t provided with any cleaning supplies or utilities to clean it ourselves.

View was magnificent Bit far from sites

The location was peaceful and quiet. We relaxed on the deck and enjoyed the pool. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast room / bar were great with a lovely view. We ate at the restaurant two nights and it was very good. The parking was ample and convenient. We went to Lido La Perla (beach) which was nearby. I wish the bathroom had been larger - the shower was tiny. Other than that our room was very comfortable.

Location extremely clean , with great view of Capri and peaceful

It was our first time in the Campania region, and we were lucky to pick this hotel. It’s very convenient for driving to Sorrento to explore the Gulf of Naples, as well as heading in the other direction along the Amalfi Coast. Set on a hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views of Capri Island and unforgettable sunsets that you can enjoy every evening in a peaceful atmosphere with the glass of local vine. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and attention to quality. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of driving. We would happily return next year!

The facilities are very nice and clean. We also liked the fact that it was extremely tranquil. We had a parking place for free, which is not usual in Italy. The views from the terrace are splendid. The size of the rooms is generous and the fact that we had 2 bathrooms was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complex is far from the village or other shops and/or restaurants, so having a car is a must. The walls were very thin and we could hear all the noises from the adjacent apartments.

The view is amazing looking at Capri. The pool is nice and spacious also with an amazing view. The location is up in the mountain and a bit of a journey to get to, but once there, being higher up is what allows the views to unfold. All of the staff went above and beyond to facilitate any needs. Using WhatsApp to communicate was very convenient as well. Parking is a bit difficult due to the size and angles of the parking lot. Larger vehicles would need to park on the road. The property has stairs and sidewalks that have step downs that make it a bit difficult to haul heavy luggage into some parts of the property. Toiletries were a bit simple-bar of hand soap, lotion, and body wash; no shampoo or conditioner or other typical hotel toiletries.

The staff were incredible, warm, friendly and extremely helpful. For me it was perfect as is.

The location is breath taking! The staff are exceptional and the hospitality is impeccable. The sunset here is pure magic over Capri and Ischia It was quite difficult to get to and from. Taxis were expensive (at least 80 euros from Sorrento) but the hotel staff were fantastic at finding restaurants that had free shuttles for us.

Views are amazing . Property was lovely. Outside space was great. Beds comfortable & bathrooms modern. Freshly decorated and excellent place. Kitchen not very well equipped - eg needed more utensils & would be nice to have a welcome pack of a little coffee/tea/milk Restaurant was overpriced

Quite isolated. The rooms were dated & sparsely decorated, had to pay extra for housekeeping, not enough towels & had to pay for pool towels. For quite an expensive stay I think housekeeping, pool towels etc should be included.
