Beautiful views, gorgeous property and welcoming staff Michelin star restaurant has room for improvement in service and food quality

Relais Blu is a very special property. We arrived at sunset, and the view overlooking Capri from the rooftop lounge was among the most beautiful views my wife and I have seen. The service and food at the hotel are exceptional. The pasta a la Nerano was one of the best pasta dishes I have had. Breakfast was likewise excellent with fresh orange juice and a full spread of fruits, eggs, and pastries. In addition, we were able to ride the complimentary shuttle to and from Sorrento which made accessing the hotel very easy.

The only reason to stay here is the view. Recommend staying elsewhere and just coming here for cocktails at sunset. The staff said we were not able to go to any of the nearby beaches - which was a huge disappointment for us - their website advertises several private beaches and clubs accessible to guests, but in fact none are. The only accessible beach is the small one at bay of ineranto which is a 2+ mile hike and doesn’t have a beach club. We dined in the Michelin star restaurant but the food was average and the waiter was quite rude and abrupt. We would not choose to eat there again despite how much more convenient it was. We found much friendlier service and better restaurants elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The bedding/towels were average and worn - not the spa experience I was expecting. Also it was quite hot and stuffy in the rooms at night and no air conditioning- we had to open the sliding door and there wasn’t a screen so lots of bugs would come in. Also at checkin the concierge didn’t tell us what was available or where things were located - so we didn’t realize there was a hot tub until the last day or that the spa was open and we could have booked spa treatments. Stay elsewhere and come here for cocktails at sunset. The bartenders and breakfast staff were welcoming and nice.

Excellent food- stunning views Parking hire car not easy but manageable

Exceptional location, views and service - nothing was too much trouble fir the staff. Early flight in the morning and they even provided bag meals for our journey. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location Bottled Water perhaps should be included

Wonderful locations with views of Capri and the bay of Naples. The staff are fantastic. They could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The Michelin stared restaurant serves delicious fresh food and a great range of wines at sensible prices. The gym is not that well equipped but it’s fine for a simple work out.

"I have learned that there are actually intensities of blue beyond very bright blue", and i have learned this looking at the sea from a private lil garden in my room. I got a hangover from the wine paring at the fine dining restaurant; a point can be made that this was actually my fault.

Everything, views, people, facilities all excellent

We enjoyed everything, the terraces with their breathless panorama, the magnificent pool, and above the unforgettable restaurant and its chef, Fumiko, we loved her, an authentic artist. All the staff was kind and helpful in any time.

Amazing experience !! Spectacular view of the sea from the terraces and the infinity pool watching the sunrise and the capri island !! The staff were polite and helpful. Always somebody to help you at the reception ! The breakfast was tasty with a plenty of options to choose from their special breakfast menu!
