Hotel Posada del Rey

Noisy in the night after 1am but not so bad

we stayed in room 203 the water in the shower took forever to drain, i felt like i was just stepping in my dirty water the whole time.

The staff was very very rude. The free internet did not work. The pool was open for guests but they had a private party that overfill the pool area. The a/c didn't work well and the shower was luke warm. I would not recommend this facility to board a dog.

Nothing above average... Price was not final, they decided to charge "Another Tax", also, no credit card payment option, only Cash

The pool area was nice and relaxing The parking was horrible the room had nowhere to sit only had the beds to sit on

It was in a great location, staff were extremely nice & helpful. There was security 24/7 which made us feel safe. The rooms were clean & the ac was great !!

Facilities were clean, and there was a guard at all times

I don’t know if this was a scam I could not find the hotel when I called it rang hotel colonial I showed up there on gps and they said same owner different hotel it ended being 11 min away and not in the location I was looking forward to. I can’t get a refund . Not sure if it was a scam tbh

When I was sleeping there was too much noise at the hall, dragging furniture or something like that.

NOTHING WAS WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!!!! this hotel was super bad, Had mice in the room all night long. it was filthy, the staff was rude, and I was charged more than the advertised price. I will never ever stay at any booking.com property again...
