Incredible views of the city with wonderful service. Friendly staff who explained the history of the Sassi and his upbringing in the area, departure and return. Would definitely recommend it. Loved our room with cistern still intact. Nothing

The location. They have the BEST view of Matera from their deck! The staff was very helpful about parking and everything else? The room was very basic.

It honestly has the best view of Matera. The service was amazing. The breakfast was awesome. The room is small, but we didn't spend a lot of time in it. There's no air conditioning, but we were there in May so it didn't really affect us too much. Again the scenery on the patio is spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to everything. We were on the first floor so we couldn't leave our window open but other than that it was perfect

The hotel was excellent located, overlooking the Sassi area of Matera. One could sit outside on the terrace in the morning during breakfast or having a drink in the evening. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Our room was spacious and everything worked fantastic. There was a covered parking lot very close to the hotel which cost Euro 10 per day, but it was totally worth it. The staff, especially David at the front desk, spoke very good English and was very helpful. Nothing

It was exactly as I expected, the previous reviews highlighted the location and the view, and it was perfect and perfectly located There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. The view was spectacular. Short walk to the sassi. Long walk from the parking garage with even one small duffel bag. Didn't like having the shower right next to the bed with zero privacy.

Absolutely beautiful property in a wonderful location very close to the sassi area. Breakfast was delicious and varied as was the fresh coffee served. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. I will make it a point to return and will stay at this property again. It was unfortunate we only had 1 night. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nothing
