The owner was extreamly nice and helpful. The place is very practical and it has attention to detail If there are people in the common area you could here them very easily from the room.

The room is suitably spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and keen on sharing information. Very close to the old town. The room is on ground floor but it’s quiet. Very valued for money. The single bed can be wider.

They were soooo nice and accommodating one of the kindest hosts i have ever met. I could not speak in Italian and they communicated with me via google translator app. Really felt like I could trust them as a solo female traveler. So so kind I would stay here again- and they provide breakfast the next morning. I got lucky booking this property. Try to check in earlier it’s hard for late check in- even though they accommodated me i felt bad keeping them awake until that time.

The parking is public in front of the house. But the owner places her car there so if you can't find a space, they will move their car.

very beautiful room. perfect location to visit the Sassi. extremely helpful hostess prepared us a fantastic breakfast and even gave us some food for on the way. I can not find anything negative

A very nice and clean little space, with great host, right next to Sassi di Matera and the city center. The doors are not very soundproofing.
